Project Management

To execute a project in a quick and cost effective way, it needs to be managed well. We have gained experience through numerous construction projects and has a large group of experienced supervisors. The goals of good project management are keeping to the timetable and the budget as well as a trouble free construction for the client.

Planning

This starts with placing of an order for materials. Materials need to be ordered on time, delivered on time and in the right place. Then contractors need to keep track of their progress, which the supervisor will use to update the project planning.

Supervisors for quality of work

We will, at all times, provide one or more project supervisors that have a long standing experience that is relevant at that time of the construction period. The supervisor will check the quality of work and report this to the client. This means there are very little surprises for the client and action can be taken on time.

Focus

All of these points can be supervised by FFT project managers. This will give the you the chance to focus on matters that are important to you and not be involved in the day-to-day affairs. Be assured that your project will finish on time and within budget.
